The dentist said that I ought to go for a check up and that I need to start to improve my oral hygiene. So he gave me quite a lot of toothpastes and told me what's good about each toothpaste. Since I haven't seen a dentist for such a long time, I decided to ask him to do a cleaning. The cleaning and fillings came up to $150, quite reasonable. Looking forward to the next Oral Health month but it's going to be in 1 year's time... oh well...
